South Thailand highlights

I caught a bug! It better not be swine flu. I sat next to this Euorpean chick on the plane that hacked and coughed all day with covering her mouth all the time. Rude style!

Anyways, a few highlights. Ko Phi Phi was awesome. The best beach ever. The water was clear and warm. We went up to the view point the first day for sunset. The nexy day was beach lounging and getting to know the town. We setup a sunset cruise to Ko Phi Phi Ley and Maya Bay where they filmed the beach. Pretty surreal bay. Did some kayaking and snorkeling. I swear, there was this cave that was shaped like a vagina. I wanted to check it out but the girls avoided it! Hhhmmm, wonder why? Vicky wanted to touch a phallic shaped rock, haha, we got a pic of that!

After Ko Phi Phi, we took a boat to Krabi town. We are all feeling a little sick with something. I have the sniffles, Jill can't eat alot, Vicky's stomach is turning alot. Yin has low energy if you can imagine that.

In Krabi town, we went to Railey beach via long boat. It looked bigger than on the map. Did some hiking to visit the princess cave (disappointment), viewpoint (very cool), and the hidden lagoon (awesome). Yin and I were the only ones willing to go to the viewpoint and lagoon since it was up a ridicusly steep hill. The travel books didn't say how steep the hike was. We were over over our heads half way up and down, but went for it anyways. Way dangerous to traverse the steep rocks and muddy hills! I swear, one slip, and you will be seriously injured! It was worth it though, very cool to do once.

Back in Krabi town now; we're all just resting. Everyone's a little home sick. We even tried to go back to Bangkok early, but the flight changes were a bit expensive, oh well. We'll check out the town more, looking for a lavanderia to do laundry.
